Hi Pooju, It snows only in the northern Dzonkhags (Districts) of Bhutan. Gasa, Punakha, Bhumthang, Paro and Thimpu experiences snowfall during late December and January. Attached with my comments you can check curated trips by fellow travelers. Please take a look. Thanks!
