Arunachali cuisine is famous for variety of meat, chicken, pork, fish, deer and wild boar. Some popular Arunachali dishes include Apong (rice beer), bamboo shoots fry, smoked meat, fish and wild game meat, and traditional stews. Koat Pitha is a dessert from Arunachal Pradesh. The dish is made of bananas, mustard oil and jaggery.
