Well actually there is no much things to do for 4-5 days there.. 3 days is ideal.. The itenary which I'm giving is bit hectic, but you can extend this to 4 days also..
Day 1. Visit Kuldhara haunted Village, from there in the shortcut route go to Desert national Park, from there in the shortcut route visit Sam sand dunes and stay there. Prebook a camp there and do camel safari and doon bashing.
Day 2. From Sam, go to Tannot maata temple, and from there go to Longewala {India - Pakistan border.. You have to take permission before going there from BSF}.. While coming back to jaisalmer visit Bada bagh which is enroute to Jaisalmer and stay there..
Day 3. Visit Gadisagar lake for morning sunrise and the rest of the day you can visit places like city fort, Patwon ki haveli, Akali wood fossil Park etc..
In jaisalmer you can visit golden fort, gadisar lake,nathmal-salim singh and patwa haveli, bada bagh, sam sand dunes, tanot temple etc..But this is not the right time to hang Jaisalmer right now there is so much heat..
