Hi Oct to March is the best time to visit Udaipur . Esp now . Feb and March is just awesome . Avoid extreme winters and summer and any other time is just as good to visit Udaipur. This place is heavenly and you get all kind of accommodation from budget to super high end. If you have any other query around Udaipur pls let me know as Udaipur is my hometown !
