Sikkim can be visited throughout the year. December to April to see the snowy Sikkim and rest of the year to beat the harsh cold and enjoy pleasant weather in Sikkim. Cost may vary starting 15k, 20k and maximum 30k.

?7k is enough.... if you're a budgetary traveller then ?5k... you can stay at forms that will save your expenses...

I would suggest you to go between Oct to Jan and it will cost around 20k per person.

Best months depends on you. If you want to view snowfall go in Dec-march. Budget around 18-20k

Go in March. It's wonderful at that time and it will cost around 30-35k (Flight tickets) inclusive of almost all the expense.
