What should be the time spent in Phuket, krabi, Phi Phi and bangkok.. for a trip of 7 days. Should I skip any one place and visit Chiag mai, is it worth the travel to north for 1-2 days?

Chiag mai is also good place if u ask if its worth deleting other places its upto u to understand wht you need beaches or the special food and white temple and thai culture.
