If you're coming to North India, you've got to experience Holi here! I'd suggest somewhere around March, depending on when Holi is!

If u would like to visit North india then u should visit in winter season because summer are very hot here. do visit from October to February.

It is best to visit in winters..Diwali of some cities is mesmerising..if want to go to extreme north then summers also can be as the temprature is fairly lower on mountains

1.Kullu dussehra are famous festival...it's best time for visit. 2. Minjar Mila at Chamba is also best experience.
