The place I liked most is Blue street lanes of Jodhpur which is very near to Mehrangarh Fort. Other than that must see places are Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada, Umaid Bhawan Palace and Toorji ka Jhalra step well which is best at morning time. Hope it helps.
