Paris in winter is just insanely charming. When everything is decorated for the holidays and there's a light snow falling, it feels straight out of a fairytale. Even just walking down the boulevards is magical - all the twinkly Christmas lights glow so beautifully. And nothing beats having a warm mug of cocoa from a street cart and doing some window shopping. The city just oozes old world romance. No wonder so many great love stories happened in Paris! I'm sure it's gorgeous other times of year too, but winter has this unique magic to it.
