Lavasa is another lovely hill station 65km away from Pune called as charming spot of Maharashtra. Filled with abundant nature, beautiful lakes, and great weather, it is also an ideal romantic spot. From Lonavala Lavasa is 3 hours away. Based on your travel plan if you can cover both the spots, you would make the best travel memories of Maharashtra, for both spots are lovely, gorgeous and beautiful naturally. If still you are in a dilemma as to visiting one place, I would suggest Lonavala.

Lonavala i guess would be a better option as compared to Lavasa. you have a lot of things to explore around Lonavala and the food is really good. monsoon would be a good time to explore it.
