Hey monty, Actually it depends in which you are going because Uttrakhand is versatile. Some of the places are good in monsoon like valley of flowers... Nainital ( as the flowers blooms), Auli is know for ski 🎿 in winter season.... Haridwar and Rishikesh have no season you can visit there anytime in any season but rafting in Rishikesh closes in monsoon time Then if you are looking for trek + religious places then i would suggest 4 dham but this time it's a bit risky because of landslides
So basically there are a lot of places you need to filter your thoughts first that when and what kind of trip you want.
