Best part in mumbai, whatever is left of it, is in south mumbai where you still get a big city vibe with lots of cool new and old outlets to check out.
so land up in churchgate and use google maps to explore it on foot. some of the key places are fort, flora fountain, nariman point, colaba, bellard pier, azad maidan, fashion street, kala ghoda, cst, giragum chowpatty, malabar hill boot house, elephanta caves via ferry from gateway of india etc...
theres lots more but these are some of the iconic places in bombay.
