It is a vast state with lot to cover, i would recommend the following places as must visit having lived here for 6years.
Bangalore - coorg- mangalore (drive up to n enjoy the pristine untouched beaches) - gokarna- Bangalore.
Also visit hampi! If time permits, mysore n chikmangalore.

Day-2/3 halebeedu to Belur, chickmangluru
Day-4/5 chickmangluru to Coorg to dharamsthala
Day-6/7 dharamsthala to mangaluru My personal opinion Coorg is overrated and so is Mysore

Budget hotel near mall road is samiru manali..
try tasty bites chaap and choley-kulcha thaali is a must try... better than many known restaurants there..
to travel to solang prefer going in tempo traveller... taxi rates are high...- they might charge you 300-700 from manali to vasisth

Hi, Depending on your budget you can try from various home stays along the beach which are cheapest of the lot (manan guest house or shreyas guest house or shara beach villa) and if you wanna lavishly stay try kashid heritage resort as the food here is good and staff very cooperative or saffron stays sanskriti Kashid Happy stay and wandering

Day 01: Reach Ahmedabad. See Sabarmati Ashram and spend evening at Sabarmati Riverfront. At night leave for Dwarka
Day 02: Visit Dwarkadeesh Temple and Gomti Ghat. In the afternoon take a trip to Bet Dwarka, visit Old Temple of Krishna. See surrounding area and places. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 03: Travel to Somnath. Visit Bhalka Tirth & Somnath Temple. In the evening watch light and Sound show. Overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 04: Travel to Diu (2 hrs). Relax and spend day at beach. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 05: Diu sightseeing.
Day 06: Travel to Sasangir. Explore Gir wildlife sanctuary.
Day 07: Travel to Ahmedabad.
If you have an extra day, can spend in exploring other places in Ahmedabad like Akshardham temple and Adalaj ki vav.
If you are looking for 5-6 days, then spend a day less in Dwarka and travel overnight from Dwarka to Somnath.
Day 06: Travel to Sasangir

There are many cafes in shangarh with an amazing vibe, great views and delicious food. however, it is difficult to locate them since the way to these cafes are not properly marked. so it is better to call the cafes up and ask for directions. There are two in particular that I liked on my trip. first , The plant pot cafe. this cafe has an amazing view of the valley and hills and equally amazing vibe. Another would be the Mud hostel and cafe. it is a must visit if you love food. and the way to the cafe is through a village. thus the path is also amazing. Its very difficult in the current covid situation given the restrictions all the countries are putting plus the additional covid testing cost that it would add to your expense. I would suggest you plan it for later. Good luck
