It is a vast state with lot to cover, i would recommend the following places as must visit having lived here for 6years.
Bangalore - coorg- mangalore (drive up to n enjoy the pristine untouched beaches) - gokarna- Bangalore.
Also visit hampi! If time permits, mysore n chikmangalore.

Hi, Assuming you will start from Bengaluru but not come back to bengaluru Day-1 bengaluru to shravan bela, Hasan floating church halebeedu
Day-2/3 halebeedu to Belur, chickmangluru
Day-4/5 chickmangluru to Coorg to dharamsthala
Day-6/7 dharamsthala to mangaluru My personal opinion Coorg is overrated and so is Mysore
