If chose both of em. For a cold place, of vosot Ladakh, Kedarnath. Abroad - Santa's place, Finland. Antartica, London, Norway too. For a warm place, I'd be at Mumbai, Chennai, Punjab. Abroad - Brazil, Africa, Middle Eastern Countries.

Sanskriti Kendra near Ghitorni was one of the best near Delhi-Gurgaon.

It's a good place to stay around nature Also there are nice resorts with limited covid restrictions

Brother as you know their was restriction on outsiders in hp...after opening the border ..tourists are coming from plains..nd their is a great rush...nd monsoon is also reaching two weeks early nd that may be arround last week of june...nd you know how waether of shimla behaves.. ..this is not good time....
