I got my Turkey visa and it is written like period of validity: 25-03-2019 From 23-06-2019 Number of entries: Single Duration of stay: 15 issued on: 25-03-2019 Does that mean I can enter turkey one time from March 25 to June 26 and stay for 15 days?

It means you have a 15 day tourist visa which allows you to take a trip between these 3 months. Just like schengen visa. :)

You need to enter and exit the country within the time window given. Yes yes everyone will tell you only entry matter before June 23, but this can create issues at immigration. Better safe than sorry

Yes u can stay for 15 days and only one entry one time no 2nd time visit and even note ask from immigration weather they an get u a reentry visa..
