Hey!
River rafting might be open but it depends on the weather conditions. They may say rafting but will take you to a small boat ride on small ripples if the condition is bad. Enquire on spot before you book.
Hope this helps.

Hey!
For adventure seekers and fit tourists, a trek of one-day consisting of thirteen kms, will take you to Alpather Lake from Gulmarg(via Khilanmarg). If you are not that adventurous on foot, then just take the alternative short hike of 1.5km from the Gondola Phase II of Mt. Apharwat.
Hope this helps. Happy traveling :)
There are many lakes there . you will have to travel on Gondola phase 2 and then start climbing for about half an hour . the after reaching the top of apharvat you will have to descend down to the lakes. they remain frozen almost full year.
