The coastal line is the best route. I've heard the mangalore-goa road trip is one of the best ones in India. So I would recommend goa-gokarna-mangalore-kozhikode-kochi. There's a place called nedungad just a few kilometres north of kochi. Do visit that one if you're following this route. Happy journey ✌🏻

UpvoteCommentHi Pratyaksha, I have just returned from Himachal Pradesh so I am going to be biased towards it and tell you to choose Himachal Pradesh for this trip. The scenery is gorgeous, the temperature is pleasant, the food is tasty and the people are extremely warm and friendly. However to take a more objective call on where you want to go, I recommend that you check out the following compilation pages:

Hi Sujay,
There is a beautiful homestay in this village called Rinchenpong in West Sikkim called ' Orchid Villa Homestay'. I stayed there last year and would totally recommend it. I am attaching a link of my experience at this homestay to help you get an idea:

UpvoteCommentHi Sujay, As per my understanding there is public transport available to reach Thachi Valley. You first need to take a bus from Delhi to Kullu, Mandi or Manali and get down at Aut. From Aut you will need to take a local bus to Thachi Valley. If not from Aut you can hire a cab or a shared cab to Thachi Valley which wont cost you much. Hope this helps!

Not during rains, otherwise anytime. Also please check for permissions in Manali to go to Sethan, at times the folks ask for permissions from the local authorities in Manali

Some places you can visit are, Victoria Memorial Hall, Prinsep Ghat, Howrah Bridge, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Fort William to name a few.

The city provides you with all sorts of cuisine Chinese, Lebanese, Korean, Japanese, Thai, American and so on...
if you are willing to try Bengali cuisine go to the southern part of the city namely Tero Parbon, Saptapadi, ITC Royal Bengal etc.
Also Kolkata is known for its Biriyani. Try Kolkata Biriyani at Arsalan, Aminia, Kareems,Kabuliwala e.t.c
