Hiii, You can try the Algarve beach which is in Southern side. there is surfing available and some hiking trails also. Albuferia beach is also known for its lively night life.. Lagos beach has some cliffs. Also do visit the Belem tower, Jeronimos Monastery, Castelo de S Jorge. Hit upvote if you like the answer.

Get to Guwhati via air or train and then travel to Meghalaya Guwhati to Maghalaya road is a pleasing one. Or you can directly flyover to Shillong air port
You can hire self drive zoom cars in Guwhati or it is easy to hire a cabs in Shillong and Megahalaya. Every hotel will arrange cabs or even driver on request.

Sikkim is a vast place..if you only have 2 days..all you can do would be to do gangtok local siteseeing and visit nathula pass and tsomgo lake...plan it itself.. but keep in mind that nathula is closed on mondays and a permit is required to visit!!

Catch the EAV Bus from directly outside the Scavi Pompeii train station. Walk out of station and across the street will be a sign for the bus, there is often also people from the company there to direct you. This is a blue bus but there is also a red bus (we didn't use). Buy TICKETS ON THE BUS from the driver (who has limited English) not the tour info desks. Bus will pick you up from the top gravel carpark for return, not the lower section where it drops you off. As of August, 2017 a ticket was €3.10 per person, per direction. So a single person costs €6.20 return on the public bus (you will be issued 2 seperate tickets). They are scheduled to depart from Sacvi Pompeii & the top of Vesuvius at the same time. Times being: 8:10 - 9:00 - 9:50 - 10:40 - 11:30 - 12:20 - 13:10 - 14:00.

At public places u need to take permission from regarding management. at remote places you don't need any. near by airport, railway station, public transport u can't use before letting know the respective authorities.
