Hey Tushar,
In my opinion, Mcleodganj is a clear winner. Situated above Dharamshala, the town has a number of experiences to offer to travellers of all kinds. Whether you're seeking an escape into spirituality, want to undertake an adventure or simply want to relax and indulge in great food, Mcleodganj has it all. It is ideal for solo trips, family vacation and even for a couple getaway. In fact, I spent one month in that beautiful town and had the time of my life. I wrote an article a while back talking about my favourite hidden gems, do check it out: https://www.tripoto.com/trip/exploring-hidden-treasures-of-mcleodganj-5982d4c6b865 Hope you have a great trip!
Yes you can definitely take family with you in May. The temperature would be good for kids also. According to Google stats it may vary from 16°C to 25°C. So keep 1-2 warm clothes if you're from Hotter areas than this atleast for kids.
There is several options if you want to stay in hostel Jaipur.
Zostel Jaipur

Hi Lokesh, I'm afraid it's not safe to travel anywhere right now and non-essential travel must be avoided to stay safe and prevent the spread of coronavirus. Apart from the safety concerns, the state government of Goa has directed closure of all educational institutes, pubs, clubs, gyms, casinos, cinema halls, spas and boat cruises till March 31st. This may be extended to first week of April, depending on the situation so your travel plans might get affected. Hey, As per news articles, few countries which are opening their boundaries for tourists from June onwards will be applying a 14 days quarantine period for international tourists. It goes without saying that this would certainly dampen international trip prospects. Further, I think flight costs may increase because they may have to apply social distancing measures onboard ajdy that could mean a certain no. of seats remaining empty. However I think hotel and other accomodation prices may decrease so as to attract tourists.
If you plan properly than you can even travel.travel to unexplored place nearer to your town, check airbnb rather than hotels, travel by own car as flight rates will be high n train is not working.take all hygiene precautions n make your trip successful.
