That's very tough to anwer when we have so many places on list..but if I have to choose 1 ,I would prefer to go to norway and witness northern lights when they are visible.
Yesterday when i was speaking with my friends they told me that few people are visiting uttarakhand nowadays as there are less covid cases and people are usually traveling in their own car so it makes it even more safe for a short trip.
Depends upon your choice, if you want calm peace and hippie type feel with mountains, river and lots of waterfall + small trekking in nature then Rishikesh is calling you. But you want some folk music and traditional Indian feeling with lakes and forts, then Udaipur
(PS: Rishikesh is still unexplored and its really beautiful, stay at tapovan and explore that area. Phool chatti waterfall and neer waterfall is must )

Travelling (specially to mountains) is a routine exercise to refresh our mood after hectic city life. it gives new and beautiful captures to our eyes and memories to rewind all of those captures again and again over next few months. new and interesting people cross your roads and discuss any random thing is another level joy. gives you an opportunity to enjoy various cultures, food, lifestyle, climate etc and makes you a more knowledgeable personality. So, travelling is just another important thing for me after roti, kapda or makaan.
Kashmir if you want to see flora and fauna..
In first week of April tulip garden festival which is held by Kashmir govt . Leh Ladakh is also a second option .
