Go for Kashmir or Sikkim in April Leh Ladak would not be a great option. Roads will be blocked from Manali side. Moreover. plan for a bike trip if you are willing to go for Ladak. Complete the entire circuit of Manali to Kashmir via leh ladak. For April, Kashmir or Sikkim is best.

Sikkim In April, Sikkim remains wonderful and exquisite. The temperature remains between 5 degrees Celsius to 25 degrees Celsius. This is the best time to visit Sikkim's Gurudongmar Lake, Yumthang Valley, Nathula Pass, Rumtek Monastery, Khangchendzonga National Park and others are the spots to visit.
