It is going to be very very cold. perhaps you may get some snow. But it is definitely suitable for travelling.

December is completely fine and one might encounter snow in Mussoorie and Nainital and it looks magical. December in Mussoorie might cost you a bit more because of the Winter line festival, which is quite popular and huge crowd would be there.

Conditions are bit rough since it's been snowing and raining in highted areas. Manali and kullu snow is there. if you go there and find your ways clear, the chances are high it might snow again and you can get stuck. recently I have been to Shimla. but it was fine since it was raining and cold. but not sure about Manali and Kasol.

Day 1: Reach Goa, and take a hotel near Baga/Calangute beach. Hire a scooty/bike and go to Calangute beach for water sports. Head to Sinq/LPK/Tito's for any of the clubs at night Day 2: Wake up with a hangover from last night, have a heavy breakfast/lunch and head to Chapora fort + Vagator beach. Stay there till sunset for some amazing views. Day 3: Head to Panjim Market for some shopping. In Panjim check out Fontainhas if you want to see Portugal architecture and the Panjim Church Also you can visit Dona Paula (it's closed for renovation.. just check once), Miramar beach(not recommended). Eat at Ritz Classic for authentic goan cuisine. (Fish Thali is the best over there) From here go to Old Goa to see the churches and return back to hotel. Day 4: Use this whole day for dudhsagar trip. Plan it well and enjoy the serene waterfalls. Day 5: Check out from your hotel and head to madgaon. Re-hire different scooties and visit Cabo-de-rama Fort and beach. Visit Palolem beach and come back to hotel. Day 6: Relax at Colva beach or you can try the twin waterfalls at Ponda(1 hr drive). Come back to hotel and take the train back home

Second day you can visit Salar jung museum ( you can also visit it first day but it is too big and good so take more time . Third day for historical golakunda fort . It's also a such a nice city for foodies . Very yummy south indian dishes serve by roadside vendor . Choose only road side vendor to got real taste and flavour . Sudha car museum is also a attraction for tourist .

The temperature in Kedarnath will be from -15c to -2c and inaccessible in the month of December.

No dear, it's a highly risky option

You can get a lot of snow. I visited in April 2019. there were leftovers of snow at some spots but I experienced fresh snowfall at Chandrashila.
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
You will definitely find plenty of snow in Tungnath in December. The entire area gets covered under a thick blanket of snow during the last month of the year, and the trek offers some unparalleled views of the snow-clad ranges. You can also stay at Chopta for some day and enjoy snow. And if you would like to challenge yourself further and witness a lot of snow, head to Chandrashila, which lies further than Tungnath.

You can take public tranaport .. but it is time taking .. and there are some limitations to reach at some place.. .. best option is that you should take a Bike on rent..it cost around 300-400 Rs/days.....

Yes you can add, by chopta as the base
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
Off course. It's already an existing trek that many people undertake. but be ready to brave the cold weather👍🏻👍🏻
