Hi, Prashanth! The local bus fares vary from operator to operator and also on the basis of the kind of bus (luxury/semi-deluxe/volvo). For Delhi-Rishikesh, fares range from ₹295-800, approximately. For Rishikesh - Joshimath, there is only one state-run bus that departs from Rishikesh between 06:10 am - 06:30 am and the bus fare may range from ₹ 300 - ₹500. However, frequent taxis ply between Rishikesh and Joshimath at very decnt prices.

There's this Hotel called Vhyomaan Inn in Panchgani. The Hotel is really pretty and inexpensive. They even have a duplex room. Main Mahabaleshwar is pretty crowded, I'd suggest you stay in Panchgani.
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
Hi Amey, Mahabaleshwar has many good options for staying! Citrus Chambers would be a good place to stay and chill. Hotel Lake View, White House are a few other options too. If you're planning to go to Panchgani, then what can be better than staying at Zostel :) Super amazing location and extremely pocket friendly!

All the places are very well connected by the network of buses. If you have enough budget, you can take cab because that would provide you an excellent opportunity to visit places which are in between. Also the landscape at some of the places is beautiful and with the cab customization would be easy.
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
I think you should book one cab and negotiate with them to take you through all of these places. If that fits into your budget because there are many temples and other places in between along with the landscape which I am sure you don't want to miss out.

Vietnam: Go to Hanoi. Visit One Pillar Pagoda, Presidential Palace. Eat the street food. Explore nightlife. Go to Halong Bay for a cruise. Eat the Street food in Cambodia and Vietnam.
