Can't suggest you any particular place but you can compare it on Google , hostels are most favourable if you don't have any problem in sharing space with other travellers .
try to contact hotels or hostels for the confirmation at best price

Depending on your budget you can go scuba diving in many places in India. Andaman and Nicobar Islands is obviously is an excellent location. If you are tight on budget you can do it in Goa also, but my favourite is Malvan on the western coast. It's beautiful and vibrant, also very peaceful. Scuba diving is believed to be better in Malvan than Goa. If you are planning trip to Lakshadweep then it's another good location for scuba diving 😊

Best time to visit Rasol is in either Winter season ( November to February) or Spring season ( April to September). while in winter you get to witness the grey atmosphere and snow clad mountains whereas in Spring, you witness the true lush green nature of Rasol. both are serene and depends on the preference.

Best time to visit rasol is February because weather is quite good not so cold not so hot...moderate temperature..
and if you like snow you should visit in December or January

AnswerWishlistGhats in Maharashtra are spectacular during monsoon, which starts in mid June in general. But if you ask me I suggest you visit ghats in starting of September. You can avoid heavy downpour and still get drizzles in ghats. Surrounding is lush green and clouds hover over head. It's awesome😍
