Can't suggest you any particular place but you can compare it on Google , hostels are most favourable if you don't have any problem in sharing space with other travellers .
try to contact hotels or hostels for the confirmation at best price

Go for HPTDC website and you'll find lots of luxury hotels by the himachal govt which are so much affordable (starts from 800 rs ) also you can roam at hidimba temple road and you'll find lots of budget hotels.. Mountain Trails manali is one of them and personally recommend
