For Kasol, take an overnight bus from Delhi to Manali. Get off at Bhuntar and board a local bus to Kasol.

Go to ladakh , manali , shimla or Gangtok Darjeeling ,or otherwise meghalaya. you will find lots of other solos too at these places.

Yes you can visit now. Actually, October to may is the best season to visit Andaman.

All the places in the world are safe to travel for a solo women until you are taking proper precautions while traveling. I have many women friends who travel solo. Use offline maps, offline language translation, ignore less crowded place etc. As this is your first solo trip, opt for a touristy destination, so that you can make yourself comfortable initially and then start exploring offbeat places. Opt for Rajasthan. Highly recommended.
