Take flight or train to delhi then take taxi or bus to manali. From manali you will get taxi for bir billing and kasol

For Kasol, take an overnight bus from Delhi to Manali. Get off at Bhuntar and board a local bus to Kasol.

Dude both places are far away from each other...if you want to reach kasol..ist you can have taxi or bus from delhi( kashmiri gate bus stand)...10-15 km before reaching kullu ..their is a place name as Bhuntar...from bhunter their are many taxis and buses to kasol...
if you are going to Bir you have to travel palampur from kull by local bus or taxi..nd from their Bir is almost 75 km

These places are far away from your starting point so better to rent a car from Delhi and proceed for your destination

The best way is to take any bus from Delhi to Manali and ask the bus operator to drop you to Bhuntar. From where you can get a bus to Kasol.
