The photos should be high quality I guess, reset all is OK. That could be one of the reasons it got rejected.

Stay in Old Manali if you're looking for peace. I booked an Airbnb this new year there. We waited for the snowfall and it happened on the 7th day of our trip. New manali will be too crowded this year, so think smartly and book everything in advance.
