The Valley of Flowers is only open from month of June until the beginning of October, as it's covered in snow the rest of the year. The best time to visit is from mid July to mid August, when the flowers are in full bloom after the first monsoon rain.

You have plenty of places to go around Pune, Lonavala and Mumbai with low budget and less number of days. The famous ones close by are Mahabaleswar, Satara, Matheran and Alibaug.

Udaipur is a better option. if you are starting from Delhi you can either go by car which will take you around 12 hours or you can opt for train which will be an overnight journey.

In India you can visit , Himachal Pradesh,Sikkim,goa,Kerala, Jammu kashmir, must state to visit once in life time. As per you budget I think you nepal go to Nepal or Bhutan both are damn beautiful countries.

In Uttrakhand you visit Nainital, Ranikhet, kedarnath and many places are there. When you go you will find automatically. just wanna say start from Nainital because in November or December months you will see ice fall in nainital and weather will be clear so you can enjoy everything like himalaya darshan and many more things you gotta when you will be there.. Hello Gaurav ,I will be happy to answer your travel query🙂 . *comparing Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh provides good facilities you too early governance and easy transportation.
*the most unique thing about Himachal is the small village Malana located in district Kullu on the way to Kasol situated in beautiful Parvati valley. *there are some homemade vines only found in Himachal they are angoorie,Noorie etc. Himachal Pradesh has a huge list of adventure activities but Uttarakhand too is developing in it .there are some great adventure activities like river rafting ,still water sports ,bungee jumping, river crossing paragliding ,skiing , cabel car way and much more. *Himachal is also much known for its handloom and handicrafts.concluding from all the points mentioned above there is no way one can defy the fact that exploring Himachal Pradesh is much better choice if you haven't visited both Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.and there's nearly same temperature and same conditions in both the state in October .

Goa is always best place to enjoy with friends. if you're planning for calm and relaxed vacation with pinch of party mood then Morjim beach in North Goa is best place to stay. please try Goan cafe n resort it's beach property and cheap. you can cover almost all happening places and tourist destination from Morjim beach. Baga, Vagator, Chapora fort, Calangute, Anjuna, old Goa (Velha Goa) Can done in 2 days from Morjim beach. must visit place :
Butter fly beach (it involves long drive, forest trekking and nature visit)
