If you wanna cover all 4 destinations, it'll take you around 15 to 20 days. You can cover the 3 Shimla , kasol and manali from the way shimla to manali (kasol lies in-between). But chitkul is far away, you need to make a separate plan for visiting chitkul.

Depends on ur budget and destination preference. Bali, Maldives are pretty good destination and budget-wise. there are many curated travel itinerary in tripoto platform itself

Yes there are two options in Manali I am not sure if those are operational post wave 2. one of my female travel buddy was in uttarakhand and then in Manali for few months .if you are interested in getting information please connect.
