If you wanna cover all 4 destinations, it'll take you around 15 to 20 days. You can cover the 3 Shimla , kasol and manali from the way shimla to manali (kasol lies in-between). But chitkul is far away, you need to make a separate plan for visiting chitkul.

Hey you can do it in a bundle ... like shimla with chitkul and manali with Kasol. Plan accordingly and have a great trip.
