Hello, In November time the weather will be pleasant during the day it will be not so hot so you can carry summer clothes but during night it will be colder so carry one or two warmer jacket or whatever you like.

I am assuming the question is regarding where you could stay in Sam Sand Dunes in Jaisalmer. Sam has a lot of tent stays, luxury and budget. They have cultural shows, great food and its right in the desert. You can probably take a look at the stays in Sam.

Hey,
Scuba diving is definetly a must do activity. It takes about half a day but its an inexplicable experience. Other than that you have riding the cruise from one island to the other, boat ride and snorkeling.

This depends qon various factors. like 1) How many days u plan to spend? 2)Which place u land? 3) if traveling from India on tourist visa (B1/B2) then do u hv Indian driving licence it's a big country n many places can only be visited by car...so here are some tips 1) Do carry indian driving license if u fulfill cond 3 above
2)Major East Cost attractions are Niagara, Washington DC,New York City, New England ( during Falls/ Autumn)
3) SE attractions- Orlando for Disneyland n Universal Studio, Miami,Key West
4)SW attractions are Yosemite, LA Area,San Dieogo,Las Vegas,HWH1 drive etc Do chk some of my blogs

In South Goa you will get plenty of budget stays. Palolem beach side is definetly one safe place I recommend. You can also stay at Pollem and Colva. You get good stays starting at 1000 INR.

Yes, you can visit North Sikkim in February.

Best and ideal time would be between May to August end. It would be summer that time nd weather would be pleasant there. During winters it's difficult to travel there due to snow falling and landslides blocking roads.

Dharamsala - McLeodganj is full of good eateries. If you like Tibetan cuisine it's the best you get here! For Tibetan try Tibet Kitchen. Then there is Carp Diem for Pizzas, Italian at Nick's. Many small cafés serving variety of food and dhabbhas for Punjabi and local rajma Chawla.
