It will be chilled. Hence, carry your thermals and a good down jacket or any winter jacket. Also, gloves and beanie cap, as per your requirement.

It would be very cold. You may need some woolens, winter jackets, socks and cap. You can buy winterwear in Dharamshala too, you'd get variety and would be cheaper than metro cities.

As i read in the articles and blog there is too much cold in the month of the Feb. But the nature wise the both place are ultimate.

It would be very cold. You should carry inner Thermal ware to keep you warm, along with outer woollen jackets, cap, gloves and socks.
