I am from Bhubaneswar and I have visited this restaurant. Havana cafe' and resto is the best Restaurant and Hookah Lounge in Bhubaneswar. Famous place in Bhubaneswar.

Go during may or June (basically the summer months). Of you want to see the winter Spiti, then its best to reach Spiti by October end or November because by December all the roads to Spiti are mostly blocked due to snowfall.

Yes,Himachal pradesh is now open for tourists and prefer to stay less than 5 days with valid booking and proper accommodation. Before visiting they have to undergo for covid test

One of the best places that you can plan is Hampi. It is a 6 hr journey from Bangalore and you can take overnight sleeper buses to reach Hampi. The place is beautiful and has enough places to cover for 3 days.

September or October can be preferred as weather would be clear and scenic colours there are mesmerizing. Even roads are mostly feasible for bike ride. I did it in September 2018. All the best.
