Hello Pallavi. Sikkim is a beautiful place and you'll enjoy it a lot. Sikkim has recently opened the 1st airport in the state - Pakyong Airport. You can take a direct flight there. Another option is travelling to Siliguri and renting a taxi from there. Taxis are easily available from Siliguri to Gangtok and Darjeeling. There are many bike rental agencies in Siliguri from where you can rent a bike if you wish. You can also visit Kalimpong, which is a beautiful town near Gangtok. From Gangtok you can plan a trip to Tsango Lake and Nathula Pass. If you are travelling in the next few days, you'll be lucky to get snow :)
You can go sikkim directly through flight or visit darjeeling first and then from there you will get shared or private car for gangtok. For darjeeling you first need to go NJP ( New jalpaigudi) railwat station, from there you will get cabs for Darjeeling. In gangtok, you can hire easily available cab for local trips and for going to heights for visiting lakes, expert drivers can be booked.
All the best..
I am not sure about bike hire in sikkim.
Gangtok and Darjeeling is one of the best places i visited so far.

Kohima is the capital city and is good to stay with suitable accommodations, If you like historic touring then you can visit the world war 2 cemetery, the Nagaland museum, also there’s a heritage village nearby.
You can also go to Dimapur which was ancient capital of the city (Not sure).
So, I think for 4 days Kohima and Dimapur will be nice.
Have they shared any reason for Visa denial?
Italian visa processing is extremely slow.I have seen cases where peoples travel dates surpassed and their Visa did not arrive.Even for my parents travel in the year 2016 from New Delhi, the visa arrived 2-3 days before travel date. That also, when we reached out to External Affairs Ministy Department,Mr.Ram Mahesh V in New Delhi because their bookings worth almost INR 400,000 were at stake.

There are direct trains from Amsterdam to Berlin and from Berlin to Prague, so train travel would be fairly easy. If you don't want to take a train all the way back from Prague to Amsterdam you could always book a one-way flight -on Easyjet . It is quite a good airline to fly with.
You can plan 3 days for Prague , 2 days for Berlin and 3 days for Amsterdam . If you are visiting Amsterdam anytime between March end to mid May you can keep one day for Keukenhof garden (Tulips)
