Narkanda to Jibhi via Jalori Pass ( tirthan valley) and reach Manali In manali you have tons of things
( Beautiful old houses and culture in old Manali, Solang Valley, Sethan with igloo House , kothi village, sissu via Atal Tunnel and Amazing landscape of Lahaul and Spiti )

First choose states and intrest then go for itinery, i visited twice and everytime my itinery was 14 days.

Just go local... cities are not meant to explore with a iteniary... you will enjoy more when you go local... be a part of culture, and talk to local. . you will eventually find the best place , food... Else google is always there for the Top 10/5 places to visit when in Lucknow/varanasi. just a personal thot, happy travelling.

Majorly depends upon the way you reach Goa. If you are travelling with your own vehicle then you may save some money, or else you'll have to pay for the rented bike/cars. Food is something which is totally up to you, you may get cheap and actually great deals. I have just been to Goa. I stayed for 6 days and spent around 6k which is apprx 1k per day. I guess same might apply to you. P S - minor give and take keep in mind
