Majorly depends upon the way you reach Goa. If you are travelling with your own vehicle then you may save some money, or else you'll have to pay for the rented bike/cars. Food is something which is totally up to you, you may get cheap and actually great deals. I have just been to Goa. I stayed for 6 days and spent around 6k which is apprx 1k per day.
