The trek take around two days and one night. It is definitely safe for two people to go on this, as long as you take a guide along. Someone professional who will be better at directing you.

People usually start from Lonavla for a 14kms trek. Although you can go on cars till fanasrai and on bikes further more reducing the trek kms.
