Bro have been there 3 times . the govt banned the stay over there I guess so please check about that before going. and if you go please tell everyone to not to throw plastic and waste there .

You should stay in jibhi as that will be center point for all the places, as it has the waterfall which is 5 mins walk from latoda hut that is the home stay there with homely food, if you need contact details do ping me up. From there 8km is jaloripass from where the trek for saryolsar lake starts.
from there at a distance of 8km is bahu village where you can see dry lake and apple orchards. from there you can go to the national park the cottage owner will guide you with the details. we go there every year to stay at same place coz of his hospitality, you can take our names and get best prices with food included with the stay package.

Yes it is but you need to plan prior to it or might be have a word with them about the tour before going .

The self guided tour will take approx 3 to 4 hours.
There are several events going on which may add up on time , you can check for ongoing events with them beforehand. At the moment "Behind the Seams" is on which talks about the costumes and how they were designed for all the characters. Several events were planned but th studio is closed as of now due to Covid-19.

Yes....you can visit Wayanad in May.... The Chembra Peak trek was closed when we went in March.....But you can contact the belwo number to find out whether it's closed now or not..... 04936-203428

There are No or less buses between Mcleodganj and pathankot , it will be so better if you take direct taxi or take bus from dharmshala to Dalhousie then pathankot
