1. Utrakhand- If you are a mountain lover and adventure seeker you will love this 2. Meghalaya- Just too much amazing background from waterfalls to clean river to the best caves. 3. Maharashtra- This place has the fun of a city along with some epic hidden gems through out.

Every part of Himachal is beautiful.I have been to Shimla Manali and Dalhousie and all of them were beautiful.you can visit shimla in 3 nights 4 days very comfortably(covering shimla local sight seeing,Chail palace,Kufri,jakhu temple,kamna devi temple,Himalayan zoo,Naldehra)
I visited Manali for 1 night two days where on the first day I visited the local sight seeing(mall road,monastery,Hidimba temple,Vashist Ashram,Siyali mahadev,Manu temple) and on the day I visited solang valley.
Dalhousie was also a short weekend trip where I experienced Paragliding,Zip lining and a visit to Khajjiar...

Actually it is the most appropriate time to visit goa if you are planning to explore goa as a party hub. But don't know much about how travel in Goa has changed during the pandemic.

You can visit Rishikesh, Nainital, Jim Corbett National Park, Mussoorie, Dehradun, Ranikhet. It's overall a very beautiful state.
