Itinerary
Day 1
- You will be picked up from your door step/railway station/airport in Bangalore between 6:30-7:00 am and travel to Coorg (275 km)
- Reach Madikeri the district headquarters of Coorg and check into the hotel.Have lunch. Proceed to visit Talacauvery the birth place of river Cauvery in the Western Ghats and Bhagamandala the Triveni sangam.
- Return to Madikeri and spend time watching a beautiful valley from atop Raja's seat.
- Over night stay in Madikeri Coorg
Day 2
- After an early breakfast, proceed to visit Dubaare Elehant camp where you can bathe the Elephants yourself.
- Later visit Cauvery Nisargadhaama an island formed by river Cauvery. Have lunch and proceed to visit Namdroling Monastery the Golden temple of Buddhists. Return to Madikeri and visit Abby water falls.
- Evening is free for shopping Spices, mementos. Over night stay in Madikeri Coorg
Day 3
- Get up early say by 5.30 am and proceed to visit a beautiful scenic point Maandalpatti in a 4x4 jeep as other vehicles cannot reach that place. Visit Abby water falls and return to hotel. Have breakfast. Rest for a while
- Visit Omkareshwara temple and Madikeri Fort. In the evening go for shopping spices, mementos, coffee powder.
- Over night stay in Madikeri Coorg
Day 4
- After an early breakfast, check out of Madikeri and visit Irpu water falls You will be mesmerized at sight of water cascading from a height of 170 feet with deafening sound.
- The visit involves a easy trek of 750 meters to reach to the bottom of the falls. Later visit Naagarahole Tiger Reserve and take a safari for a chance sighting of wild animals in their natural habitat.
- Continue the journey travelling through the Tiger Reserve. You will be dropped at your door step/railway station/airport in Bangalore between 9:00-9:30 pm.
