AED 20/- per room per night for all 5-star hotels, the guest has to pay the same at the time of check-in or either at the time of check- out.

Also in pursuance of Law No. (2) of year 2011 for establishing Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority and Resolution the Executive Council No. (15) of year 2016 Concerning municipality fee on hotel stay in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, hotel guests will be charged into their folios an additional Municipality fee of AED 15 per night per room and to be paid directly by the guests upon checkout effectively from 01/06/2016.

Itinerary might get changed according to the availability of tours & services and it will be informed and updated to the guest once they reach Dubai.

If the cancellation is done 30 to 16 days before the travel date: 50% of the total cost will be the cancellation charges

If the cancellation is done 15 to 08 days before the travel date: 75% of the total cost will be the cancellation charges

If the cancellation is done 07 to 0 days before the travel date: 100% of the total cost will be the cancellation charges

Visa fees and service charge are non-refundable.

No refund either in part or in full will made for any unused part of the services provided in the package.

Overseas Insurance policy after insurance is non–refundable.

In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
