W.e.f 31.03.2014, Government of Dubai is applying “Tourism Dirham” a fee ranging between AED 10 to AED 25 per room, per night, depend on the hotel category and rating, which the guests availing the stay will have to pay to the hotel directly as applied before check-out.

The payments for additional services taken at the hotel are to be settled directly at the hotel.

6 months valid passport is required for all the passengers travelling.

In an airline, no seat is provided to the infant.

Room allocation (twin bed/double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.

The check-in and check out time of the hotel is 02:00 PM to 12 noon and number of meals including breakfast are always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest.

The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.

For early check-in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.

The hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guests.

The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.

Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the swimming pool facility

Moreover, the hotel is not responsible for the safety and security of the in-house guests availing the same.

Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions is to be settled directly at the hotel.

To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name/ hotel name.

Airlines tickets are non-refundable.

After re-confirming the booking of the hotel, the hotel fee will be non-refundable.

In case of 'no show' at the time of departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

All presently applicable hotel and airline taxes can be changed. Should there be any further levy of Govt./statutory taxes/charges, the same shall be chargeable extra as and when applicable.
