1) Above Package is based on 2 people traveling and sharing room together. Any change in count of people may lead to change in quote of package.

2) We do not hold any blockings against quotation. Quoted price is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

3) Hotel Rooms are subject to availability. Availability at quoted price can only be confirmed when we request for booking.

4) In case of unavailability of requested hotel or any room tariff change will be informed and alternate option will be offered. If alternative option is not accepted, amount will be refunded without any interest within 10 working days.

5) Hotel Surcharge applicable on surcharge dates (Festivals, expos, events etc)

6) Guests are requested to verify hotel images and reviews before finalization. Changing the hotel after booking is not possible and will not be entertained.

7) Finalized itinerary, tour timings, pick and drop off timings will be shared with guest on confirmation of tour along with protocols necessary to follow on tour.

8) We do not guarantee visa approval. Visa approval is subject to UAE government.

We follow flexible cancellation policy to offer better flexibility to our guests.

Upon confirmation, package amount is bifurcated into 3 parts - Hotel, Sightseeing and Visa. The bifurcation is shared with the guest.

Cancellation Policy:

Visa - non refundable once applied

Sightseeing - If cancelled within 7 days of travel date, no refund

- If cancelled with 8 or more days of travel date, convenience fee of 500

INR per person is charged.

Hotel - If booked under non refundable promo, no refund after booking.

- If booked with flexible cancellation; cancellation before deadline will lead to

convenience fee of 1000 INR per person is charged. Post deadline, no refund

request will be entertained.

Any refund will require 10 working days to process from our end.
