Normal hotel check-in time is from 2:00 PM onward and check-out time is at 11.00 am.

The above cost does not include any kind of surcharge, if applicable during the given travel period.

At check-in, all guests will be required to present a major Credit Card for incidentals. 'No Show' is subject to full booking charges.

The quotation might change due to currencies and ROE fluctuation during the confirmation and booking process.

KLARFUL VACATIONS will not be liable for any Visa rejections and hotel cancellation policies would still stand as they are.

Cancellation charges will be applied as per the cancellation policy below:

25% of the cost of the tour before 40 days or more days of departure

50% of the cost of the tour before 20 to 39 days of departure

100% of the cost of the tour before 20 days of departure

Cancellation of one member may amount to cancellation of the whole tour.

In case of delay or cancellation of flights/itinerary due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, KLARFUL VACATIONS will not be held responsible for refund or compensation of any kind (including curtailment of the trip). KLARFUL VACATIONS will, however, try to make the best alternative arrangements and facilitate customers with the best services possible. Any additional expense incurred due to such cancellations would have to be borne by the guests.
