To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in the 'book online' section of this package or Rs. 10,000/- per person.

As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.

You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.

We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.

The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:

If you are booking within 10 days of the date of travel, you will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at the time of the booking process.

Any amendment or cancellation made by traveller would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.

If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of the date of travel, you will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost/tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.

Any amendment or cancellation made by traveller would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.

Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.

If you are booking within more than 20 days of the date of travel, you will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of the booking process is undertaken.

If your booking is having tour components which need guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,

You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at the time of the booking process is undertaken.

No cancellation will be allowed once the booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make an entire payment whether he or she travels or not.

You will be kept informed at every step of the process like when your visa is successfully done, your hotel rooms are booked, your flights are confirmed and any other inclusion in the package.

Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your doorsteps.

Standard booking procedure (in case of offline bookings)

If you are booking within 10 days of the date of travel,

Cancellation policy is applicable for booking done as guarantee booking.

This is to inform you, before confirming your booking which needs guarantee booking that our normal cancellation policy mentioned immediately here under will not be applicable for your booking.

Cancellation charges per person will be applicable as following:

Airline's ticket amount is non-refundable & date change or any such amendment is also not allowed.

If cancellation is made any time not less than 31 days before departure, Rs. 10,000/- shall be deducted (except normal ticket cancellation and visa charges).

If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days before departure, 40% of tour cost shall be deducted.

If cancellation is made 14 to 07 days before departure, 60% of tour cost shall be deducted.

If cancellation is made 06 to 03 days before departure, 80% of tour cost shall be deducted.

If cancellation is made anytime between 03 days before departure or In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.

Once the booking is confirmed during super peak period (festivals, holidays & long weekends).

A cancellation fee of 75% of the tour cost will be charged for all booking cancelled within 45 days of travel.

We cannot be held responsible for any 'refusal of Visa/refusal of on arrival of Visa/delay in the issuance of a visa' and applicable cancellation charges shall apply accordingly.

Your booking is having travel tour components which need Guarantee Booking, which means no cancellation will be allowed once the booking is made for you. Therefore, the general cancellation policy mentioned above will be superseded by the following cancellation policy:

If cancellation is made any time once the booking is confirmed irrespective of the number of days before departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
