 Room / Cabin is standard double / twin share basis unless specifically mentioned.

 CHECK IN 1400 HOURS & CHECK OUT 1100 HOURS

 Early Check In / Check Out is not included and is subject to availability. In case the same is required it will be at an additional cost.

 Cost does not include mineral water; alcohol in room, at meals, during transfers and on sightseeing is not necessarily included in the cost. As you are aware most of the countries charge for mineral water and in case it is needed on transfers & sightseeing an additional it will have to be paid for in addition to the tour

price.

 All Hotels do not have tea/coffee making facility in room. It differs hotel to hotel & city to city

 Late sitting in a restaurant for meals is totally subject to the terms & conditions of the hotel / restaurant used. It will be requested but cannot be guaranteed.

 Triple room – roller bed is provided in TRPL rooms

 Prices are subject to change with any increase in the costs.

 If passengers do not arrive or depart with the group, additional charges will be incurred.

 Should the group arrive during a trade fair/festival or high demand period, we reserve the right to amend the prices accordingly or offer an alternative location.

 Any increase in Airport taxes, fuel taxes, increase in visa charges, supplement charges for insurance of pax above age of 65 years.

 Supplement charges may applicable if the group size doesn’t meet the minimum operating strength and then the tour will operate in Seat in Coach basis with local guides/drivers.

 On cruise the menu is generally continental with 1 or 2 Indian type dishes.

 On overnight train the menu for dinner is continental / Egyptian on Day 7 & 8

 Hot air balloon can be done either on DAY 7 or in DAY 8 early morning subject to weather conditions – No refund if not operating.

 Drinking water is chargeable during all meals.

 You can pay by Cheque/ Demand Draft/ Debit card / Credit card/ NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS. For Debit / Credit card payment additional 1.5 % for Debit card & 2.5% for Credit card convenience charge will be applicable Cheque / Demand draft should be in favour of "Sailani Tours N Travels ltd".

0 to 10 days 100 % of total tour cost

11 to 29 days 75% of total tour cost

30 to 45 days 50% of total tour cost

46 to 59 days 35% of total tour cost

60 days & above 25% of total tour cost

18% GST applicable on total cancellation amount.
