Itinerary
Day 1
- Arrive at Cairo International Airport
- Meet our representative and get assisted through immigration and customs formalities
- After airport formalities transfer by our deluxe coach to your hotel in Cairo followed by check-in
- Later, proceed for dinner at an Indian restaurant
- Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 2
- Early breakfast at the hotel
- Get a transfer to Alexandria to visit Catacomb, Roman Theater, Pompeys’ Pillar, view of Citadel of Qaitbay from outside
- Afterwards, get a transfer to Cairo station to board the sleeper train to Aswan
- Enjoy munching on a great meal in your dinner box
- Overnight train journey
Day 3
- Have breakfast on board train
- Meet & assist upon arriving at Aswan Station
- Later, proceed for a half-day visit to the Unfinished Obelisk, Philae Temple & High Dam
- After the visit, get a transfer to the Cruise centre to board the luxurious cruise liner – The Nile River Cruise
- Have lunch on board the cruise
- Dinner & overnight on board the River Nile cruise
Day 4
- Early sail to Kom Ombo
- Have breakfast on board the cruise
- Visit Kom Ombo Temple
- After the visit, return to the cruise
- Later, sail to Edfu town situated on the west bank of the River Nile
- Upon arrival, proceed to the famous Edfu Temple dedicated to God Horus, represented by the Falcon
- Enjoy lunch on board the cruise.
- Sail to Luxor and enjoy the view of Nile River from cruise
- Dinner & overnight on board the River Nile cruise
Day 5
- Have breakfast on board the cruise
- Visit the famous tombs in the Valley of Kings and the temple of Hatshepsut
- Later, proceed to the Colossi of Memnon, which are the ruins of the funerary tomb of the Pharaoh Amenhotep III
- Enjoy lunch on board
- Further, proceed to visit Karnak and Luxor Temples
- Dinner & overnight on board the River Nile Cruise
Day 6
- After breakfast, check out from the cruise
- Get a transfer to Luxor airport to board a flight to Cairo
- Upon arrival at Cairo, visit the Egyptian Museum
- After visiting the museum, visit the famous Khan El Khalili bazaars
- Later, get a transfer to Cairo hotel followed by check-in
- In the evening, proceed for sound and light show in the Pyramids area
- Have dinner at an Indian restaurant
- Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 7
- Savour breakfast at the hotel and check-out
- Explore ancient Egypt with a visit to the famous Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx
- Visit the Papyrus Institute and learn how the paper was made in ancient times followed by free time for shopping in the Papyrus Museum & Perfume factory
- Later, proceed to Cairo International Airport for your flight back home with sweet memories
