We hold complete responsibility for all the services booked except flights or ferries.

For flights or ferries the respective airline or ferry company would be responsible.

All the bookings are prepaid, hence additional fees, surcharges and taxes are not to be paid during the travel period except for those which are mentioned specifically in notes/ remarks/ conditions/ exclusions in the travel documents.

If flight tickets are not issued with advance payments, we shall not be responsible for the change in airfares.

Online check in is not our responsibility as, seat selection and meal selection is a personal choice. (For Ryan air flights, it is compulsory to do online check-in 24 hours before departure, otherwise fines are applicable as per Ryan air policy)

The total package cost will be frozen only after all the holdings are done.

In case any price difference after the holdings (except airfares), memorable vacations will take the responsibility.

If the payments are not released timely, the bookings will get auto-released and hence any price variation or availability problems because of this, memorable vacations & holidays pvt ltd shall not hold any responsibility.

Forex rates are subject to change without any prior notice. Hence the price will vary in case of the change in Forex rates at the time of final payments.

Cancellation charges from various authorities will be charged by respective authorities. And the same has to be borne by you in case of any cancellations from your end.

Booking charges are absolutely non refundable.

Passports should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return journey to India (we are dealing with a number of passports, hence its quite possible that we might miss to check the passport expiry, hence we would request you check this by yourself too)

Visa on arrival or grant of visas are at the discretion of the embassy.

The high commission / embassy reserves its rights take its own time to grant visas. And the same non negotiable. In case of any delay in the visas the company will not be held responsible, as the same doesn’t come under its purview. Anyone giving any false commitments, regarding the visa issuance and the time taken for the grant of visas, stands irrelevant.
