Internal ferries, buses & trains we don't guarantee any kind of seat preference & bookings will be done in 2nd class category, we don’t confirm window or aisle seat and there is no option to select same as well. If you want an upgrade to 1st class then kindly let us know before initial payment, we will confirm the fare difference accordingly.

For Visa - It is travellers' responsibility to provide the required documents required by the embassy/high commission for visa application including a valid passport.

Grant of the visa is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy/high commission. HubHoliday has no role in the grant of any visa.

We only facilitate the visa documentation on a best effort basis, as per the requirements. Any history of Visa refusal/rejection must be informed to hub holiday & its visa team.

Holiday package consists of two parts - transportation & land package

Transportation includes - Air tickets, trains, buses & ferries.

For air tickets cancellation as per airline policy - same can be checked with the airline as well

European Sector domestic Air booking, Train and Ferry Bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable if once booked they can't be changed or amended.

Land package cancellation charges - which includes hotels, transfers & sightseeing

From the booking date till 15 days before departure - 30% of the package cost

7 days before departure - 50% of the package cost

3 to 7 days before departure - 75 % of the package cost

Less than 24 hrs to 3 days before departure - 100% of the package cost
